MY NAME IS Damian Wright — a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength and conditioning specialist-in-training.

I help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level. I train out of Empire Sportsplex in Webster, NY, where I run performance sessions focused on speed, strength, injury prevention and more.
